House of Paws Doggie Day Spa was founded by Melinda Moffett DeLaRosa. She has been grooming dogs since 1998. Prior to grooming she was a veterinary technician for a year and then went on to manage a groom shop where she learned the art of grooming. She has a strict NO HIT, NO YELL policy. She believes in rehabilitating the pet by not forcing them through the groom to create a peaceful experience. Melinda worked for a local vet here in Frisco for 14 years before establishing House of Paws Doggie Day Spa. Melinda has built a strong relationship with each pet and their owners. The business is family owned and operated with her niece, Jordan who is the technical manager and Melinda's sister Martha, who is a groomer.

Melinda has always been passionate about grooming for the pet. Her focus is on the well being of the animal and making sure they go through as little stress as possible. If this means more time is taken to complete her work to create a professional looking cut, then she will take as much time as needed.

TIMELY PICK UP POLICY
ALL PETS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 1 HOUR OF BEING NOTIFIED
LATE PICK UP POLICY
IF YOUR PET IS PICKED UP AFTER HOURS, THERE IS A LATE FEE OF $10 FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES PAST CLOSING.
CANCELLATION FEE
$40 fee for each pet if not notified 48 business hours before scheduled grooming appointment
